Love Blooms Here with White Spruce Studios

 Hi friends!

Today I have this beautiful card using two designs by White Spruce Studio.

 I used these designs:

Garden of Daisy Doodles

 Bumblebee

I start planning the design of the project by bringing both digital designs into Silhouette Studio. I duplicate the bumblebee and make one bigger than the other.

I set up the page to the print and cut feature by turning on the registration marks. Once I was happy with the sizing of the bumblebees, I chose a sentiment and added to the page also. I printed the page and had my Silhouette Cameo cut out the shapes.

I colored the Daisy Doodle with alcohol markers.

I think cut the bumblebees out using cardstock, glitter cardstock and vellum.

Lawn Fawn vellum has an iridescent finish which is great for wings. They don't seem to sell the pack pictured but they do still have blue in the variety pack I have listed below.

Once all pieces are cut, it is time to assemble. Gluing small pieces is made much easier by using reverse tweezers. They stay closed until you squeeze them and that makes a this task so much easier.

Now we have all the pieces of the project and time to assemble it!

I ended up shading the sentiment a blue color to help it stand out.
