Schoolhouse card by White Spruce Studio

 Hi there friends!

Today I am sharing this schoolhouse card I made using a new design by White Spruce Studio.  

I colored the schoolhouse design using alcohol markers and mounted it on patterned paper and a red card base. I kept trying to decide if I wanted this to be a Back to School card or a thank you card for a teacher. I decided to leave a sentiment off the front so that it could be used for either when the time comes.

 

Ohuhu markers used: BV31, BV32, CG02, CG17, E66, E612, GG07, GG16, R014, R016, Y28, Y213

CRAFT Challege #763

 Hi friends! Today I am sharing the newest project for the CRAFT Challenge Blog!

 This week's theme is: Back to School

The design I am working with is:  Kenna Back to School

 

Quick description: I printed the design out to fit on an A2 sized card. I cut the panel out with a die by Tall Mouse Crafts to look like notebook paper. The image was colored with alcohol markers. A sentiment was added and embellished with sequins. Supplies used listed below.

Teacher Card for CRAFT Challenge Blog #730

 Hi Friends,

This is the card I made for the Design Team for CRAFT Challenge Blog 730. The blog published last week, I've been busy and just now getting around to writing the blog for it. The theme this week is Anything Goes with the option of Back to School. You can join in and still submit your entry as because this one lasts 2 weeks you still have over a week to enter. and the design I used is called "star teacher" 

I printed the design onto cardstock. I colored with colored pencils. 

I then colored the background with blue watercolor. I gathered some colored papers to make the background and sentiment. A final touch is add some gold splatter for whimsy.
