Hi friends! Today I am sharing a card I made using a design by White Spruce Studio.
This is how I made this card:
I decided I wanted this to be a slimline card because it is a tall flower. A slimline card is 3.5" x 8.5". I made a rectangle that size in Silhouette Studio and filled the shape with the image. Using Silhouette's Print & Cut feature, I printed it on Hammermill cardstock (found in my supply list below) as this cardstock is great for coloring with alcohol markers. After it was printed, I had my Silhouette Cameo cut it out. You could also just print it and use a paper trimmer to cut it to size.
I used alcohol markers to color the entire image.
I mounted the finished design on a white slimline card base with a yellow mat in between. I add some sequins for sparkle and splatter some black paint.I left a sentiment off for now. I can add the perfect sentiment when I know who and why I send this to someone.
